- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came here and had about $14 in change that I wanted to deposit into my checking account. And the lady that was working there was rude to me and told me that they didn't have a coin counting machine and that they don't accept coin deposits. She also made me stand there and wait while she hand counted all the coins and it took her forever. Terrible customer service. I will be closing all my accounts at US bank now.By M A, September 29, 2017
